นีโอฯ จัดงาน InterCare Asia 2018 มั่นใจช่วยยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตผู้สูงวัยด้าน รมว.พม. เผย ไทยพร้อมรับมือด้วยกลไกประชารัฐ รัฐ-เอกชน-สังคม ผนึกกำลังเพื่อให้ผู้สูงวัยคนไทยสามารถวางแผนและเตรียมความพร้อมเข้าสู่สังคมผู้สูงอายุโดยสมบูรณ์ในอีก 3 ปีข้างหน้า

นายสืบพงษ์ สมิตทันต์ ผู้อำนวยการกลุ่มโครงการ บริษัท เอ็น.ซี.ซี.เอ็กซิบิชั่น ออกาไนเซอร์ จำกัด หรือ นีโอ ในฐานะผู้จัดงาน InterCare Asia 2018 กล่าวภายในพิธีเปิดงาน InterCare Asia 2018  ซึ่งจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 12 – 14 กรกฎาคม 2561 ณ ฮอลล์106 ศูนย์นิทรรศการและการประชุมไบเทคบางนาว่า บริษัทฯ เล็งเห็นถึงความสำคัญของการดูแลและอำนวยความสะดวกแก่ผู้สูงวัยในประเทศไทย ซึ่งปัจจุบันมีจำนวนกว่า 11 ล้านคน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 15 ของจำนวนประชากรทั้งหมด และคาดว่าในปี 2564 ไทยจะเข้าสู่สังคมผู้สูงอายุโดยสมบูรณ์ มีจำนวนผู้สูงอายุเพิ่มขึ้นร้อยละ 20 ของจำนวนประชากร และจะเพิ่มสัดส่วนเป็นร้อยละ 28 ในปี 2568  บริษัทฯ จึงจัดงาน InterCare Asia 2018 ต่อเนื่องเป็นครั้งที่ 3 เพื่อตอบรับกับจำนวนผู้สูงอายุที่เพิ่มขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยในปีนี้นอกจากจะมีเป้าหมายในการเตรียมความพร้อมเข้าสู่สังคมผู้สูงอายุ ยังมีเป้าหมายในเรื่องการสร้างโอกาสให้กับกลุ่มผู้ประกอบการในธุรกิจสำหรับผู้สูงอายุให้สามารถเติบโต และสร้างมูลค่าทางเศรษฐกิจได้ด้วยโดยคาดว่าจะมีผู้เข้าชมงานตลอดระยะเวลา 3 วัน มากกว่า 8,000 คน และเกิดการซื้อขายภายในงานมูลค่าไม่น้อยกว่า 700 ล้านบาท

งาน InterCare Asia 2018 ได้รวบรวมสินค้าและบริการใหม่ๆ ที่จะช่วยอำนวยความสะดวกและยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตผู้สูงอายุ เข้ามาจัดแสดง ซึ่งทางนีโอฯ และหน่วยงานพันธมิตรผู้ร่วมสนับสนุนการจัดงาน รวมถึงผู้ประกอบการที่จะมาจัดแสดงสินค้า ผลิตภัณฑ์ และบริการที่เกี่ยวกับการดูแลผู้สูงอายุ ล้วนมีความพร้อมอย่างเต็มที่และมีแนวโน้มเติบโตอย่างต่อเนื่องตามความต้องการของผู้สูงอายุ โดยมีผู้ประกอบการชั้นนำทั้งในประเทศ และจากต่างประเทศ อาทิ ญี่ปุ่น จีน เกาหลี ร่วมจัดแสดงสินค้ารวมทั้งบริการกว่า 180 บูธ แบ่งออกเป็น 5 โซนได้แก่

1. Homecare & Equipment เป็นกลุ่มประเภทอุปกรณ์และเครื่องมือในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุ ผู้ป่วย และผู้พิการ เช่น วีลแชร์ วอร์คเกอร์ เครื่องช่วยฟัง อุปกรณ์ในการอำนวยความสะดวกในชีวิตประจำวัน

2. Rehabilitation โซนอุปกรณ์และเครื่องมือสำหรับการดูแลช่วยเหลือและปกป้องผู้สูงอายุ เช่น หุ่นยนต์ผู้ช่วย ศูนย์กระดูกและข้อ เครื่องช่วยเดินที่ออกแบบให้เหมาะสมกับลักษณะทางกายภาพ

3. Medical Tourism หรือ การท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพ และบริการที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น สถานบริการนวดแผนไทย รวมถึงการท่องเที่ยวที่เหมาะสมกับผู้สูงอายุ

4. Service กลุ่มสินค้าและสถานบริการสำหรับดูแลและช่วยเหลือผู้สูงอายุและผู้พิการ เช่น Nursing Home วีลแชร์ติดตั้งบนรถสำหรับผู้พิการ โรงพยาบาลที่ดูแลผู้สูงอายุโดยเฉพาะ

5. Nutritional Food รวมสินค้าและผลิตภัณฑ์ในกลุ่มอาหารเสริม สมุนไพร อาหารเฉพาะโรค อาหารเพื่อสุขภาพ เช่น อาหารที่มีไขมันต่ำ และมีส่วนประกอบที่ป้องกันและลดความเสี่ยงโรคที่เกิดกับผู้สูงอายุ มาจัดแสดง

“ ผมมั่นใจว่าการจัดงานในครั้งนี้ จะสามารถช่วยยกระดับให้ผู้สูงอายุให้มีคุณภาพชีวิตดีขึ้น ด้วยสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่มาพร้อมกับนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ ที่จะช่วยให้เราทุกคนวางแผนเพื่อเตรียมตัวเข้าสู่สังคมผู้สูงอายุได้อย่างสมบูรณ์แบบ” นายสืบพงษ์กล่าว

ทางด้าน พลเอก อนันตพร กาญจนรัตน์ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการพัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์ กล่าวภายหลังเป็นประธานในพิธีเปิด InterCareAsia2018 ว่าความร่วมมือของหน่วยงานทุกภาคส่วนกับการจัดงานในครั้งนี้ สะท้อนให้เห็นว่า สังคมได้ตระหนักถึงคุณค่าและให้ความสำคัญกับผู้สูงอายุอย่างชัดเจนที่ต้องการให้งาน InterCare Asia 2018 เป็นเวทีกลางในการผนึกกำลังร่วมกันระหว่างภาครัฐและภาคธุรกิจเอกชนเพื่อส่งเสริมให้เกิดการลงทุนในธุรกิจบริการผู้สูงอายุ และมีการนำเทคโนโลยีเพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกแก่ผู้สูงอายุและคนพิการมาใช้ในวงกว้างผ่านงานแสดงสินค้าและบริการ ซึ่งถือเป็นเวทีสำหรับแสดงสินค้าและเทคโนโลยีผู้สูงอายุระดับเอเชีย

ในส่วนของรัฐบาล ก็ได้สนับสนุนให้เกิดการลงทุนทำธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกลุ่มผู้สูงวัย โดยสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการลงทุนได้เปิดประเภทการให้การส่งเสริมใหม่ 4 กิจการ ได้แก่ 1. กิจการบริการสาธารณสุขด้านแพทย์แผนไทย เพื่อเป็นทางเลือกสำหรับการบริการในอนาคต 2. กิจการศูนย์การแพทย์เฉพาะทาง ด้านหัวใจ ด้านมะเร็ง และด้านไต 3. กิจการสถานพยาบาลในพื้นที่เฉพาะเพื่อเป็นการกระจายการให้บริการไปอย่างทั่วถึงสำหรับประชาชนในพื้นที่ห่างไกล และ 4. กิจการบริการขนส่งผู้ป่วย แพทย์ หรืออุปกรณ์การแพทย์ ทั้งทางอากาศ ทางบก ทางเรือ เพื่อให้ประชาชนสามารถเข้าถึงสถานพยาบาลได้รวดเร็ว

และเมื่อต้นปีที่ผ่านมา รัฐบาลได้สนับสนุนให้เกิดการลงทุนเพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพและบริการที่ทันสมัยมากยิ่งขึ้น โดยสำนักงานคณะกรรมการนโยบายเขตพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจภาคตะวันออก หรือ อีอีซี ได้ให้การส่งเสริมการลงทุนแก่อุตสาหกรรมการแพทย์ครบวงจร ในพื้นที่ 3 จังหวัด (อีอีซี) ได้แก่ ฉะเชิงเทรา ชลบุรี และระยอง ทั้งการผลิตอาหารทางการแพทย์ การผลิตเครื่องมือแพทย์และชิ้นส่วนอุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์ รวมถึงบริการทางการแพทย์ที่มีการใช้เทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมที่ทันสมัย อาทิ การให้บริการด้านการแพทย์ผ่านอินเทอร์เน็ตสมาร์ทโฟน (eHealth and mHealth) และการวิจัยและผลิตอุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์ เพื่อการวินิจฉัยและติดตามผลระยะไกล (Remote Health Monitoring Devices)

“การเตรียมความพร้อมเข้าสู่สังคมผู้สูงอายุ ทุกภาคส่วนมีบทบาทสำคัญทั้งสิ้น รัฐบาลได้สนับสนุนด้านนโยบายต่างๆ ภาคเอกชน ทั้งผู้จัดงานและผู้ประกอบการ ก็ได้คัดสรรสินค้าและบริการต่างๆ มานำเสนอ เพื่อให้ภาคประชาชนมาร่วมเลือกผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการที่ตรงกับความต้องการ ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับนโยบายของรัฐบาล ที่ต้องการขับเคลื่อนประเทศด้วยกลไกประชารัฐ จากการสานพลังความร่วมมือระหว่างภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และภาคประชาสังคม InterCare Asia 2018 จึงถือเป็นเวทีแห่งการผนึกกำลังร่วมกันระหว่างภาครัฐและภาคธุรกิจเอกชนเพื่อส่งเสริมให้เกิดการลงทุนในธุรกิจบริการผู้สูงอายุ และมีการนำเทคโนโลยีเพื่ออำนวยความสะดวก แก่ผู้สูงอายุและคนพิการ” พลเอก อนันตพรกล่าว

นอกจากนี้ภายในงาน InterCare Asia 2018 มีการจัดประชุมสัมมนาโดยมีการบรรยายพิเศษที่น่าสนใจอีกมากมาย เช่นในหัวข้อ รู้จักและรับมือกับโรคซึมเศร้า เพื่อการรับมือกับโรคซึมเศร้าอย่างถูกวิธี จากคุณรัตนิษฐา โพธิ์รักษา การบรรยายในหัวข้อบริหารเงินหลังเกษียณ สไตล์วัยเก๋า เพื่อการวางแผนทางการเงินแบบเตรียมความพร้อมสู่วัยเกษียณ จากคุณกิตติพัฒน์ แสนทวีสุข วิทยากรผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย  และการบรรยายในหัวข้อปรับบ้าน เพื่อความสุขของผู้สูง วัย (Elderly Homecare Solutions) เพื่อการใช้ชีวิตประจำวันที่สะดวกสบายขึ้น จากคุณนิวัฒน์ ธัญปิตินันทน์ กรรมการสายงานส่งเสริมการค้าและการลงทุน สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย เป็นต้น

Neo Confidently Holds InterCare Asia 2018 to Prepare Thai People to Deal with Aging Society with Expectation to Generate Income Over than 700 Million Baht Throughout this Event.

Neo organizes InterCare Asia 2018 with confidence on improving quality of life of older persons whereas the Minister of Social Development and Human Society reveals that Thailand is ready to deal with this problem through cooperation of civil state mechanism-private-society in order to enable Thai older persons to plan and prepare themselves for aging society in the next 3 years.

Mr. Suebpong Smiththan, the Project Director of N.C.C. Exhibition Organizer Company Limited or Neo, as the organizer of InterCare Asia 2018, gave a speech in the opening ceremony of  InterCare Asia 2018 that will be held during July 12th – 14th, 2018, at Hall 106, Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Center (BITEC Bangna), that the Company realized on importance of older persons care and convenience in Thailand because older persons are currently over than 11 million persons calculated to be 15% of total populations. In addition, it is also estimated that Thailand will become aging society completely in 2021 with increasing number of older persons by 20% of total populations. Moreover, the increasing number of older persons would reach 28% in 2025. Therefore, the Company intended to hold InterCare Asia 2018 that has been consecutively organized for 3 years in order to respond to increasing number of older persons. In this year, besides having the goal to prepare for aging society, this event also aims to provide some opportunities to entrepreneurs of businesses for older persons to grow and generate economic value. It is expected that there will be over 8,000 persons participating this event during 3 days leading to trading value not less than 700 million baht.

InterCare Asia 2018 gathers new products and services to facilitate and improve quality of life of older persons in this event. In this event, there are over 180 booths from many leading entrepreneurs in Thailand and from other countries including Japan and Korea. 4. Service consists of products and places for caring and assisting elderly and disable person such as nursing home, wheelchair installed in a vehicle for disable person and elderly hospital.

5. Nutritional Food consists of goods and products in a group of supplementary food and herb and special diet

“I am confident that this event will be able to improve quality of life of older persons with facilities created by modern technologies and innovations helping us to plan for aging society perfectly”, Mr. Suebpong said.

Field Marshal Anantaporn Kanchanarat, the Minister of Social Development and Human Society, the President of the opening ceremony of InterCare Asia2018, said that cooperation of agencies in all sectors for this event clearly reflects that Thai society realizes on value and importance of older persons and they wished to make InterCare Asia 2018 as the stage to gather cooperation between public and private sectors in order to promote investment in businesses for older persons and utilize technologies for providing convenience to older persons and disable persons through a trade fair that was considered as the Asian stage for presenting care products and technologies for older persons.

The government also supports investment in business related to older persons through the action of Board of Investment of Thailand by opening 4 types of promoted businesses including: 1) public health service business on Thai traditional medicine; 2) specialized medicine service center business on heart, cancer, and kidneys; 3) health facility business in specific areas for distributing services to people in remote areas; and 4) transportation service business for transporting patients, physicians or medical supplies via land, air, and marine transportation enabling people to access health facilities rapidly.

At the beginning of this year, the government supported investment in order to improve quality and modernity of services, i.e., the Office of Eastern Economic Corridor (ECC) promoted investment in medical industry in 3 provinces (ECC) including Chacheongsao, Chonburi, and Rayong consisted of medical food manufacturing, medical supplies manufacturing, and medical components manufacturing. In addition, medical services with modern technologies and innovations were also promoted including eHealth and mHealth and Remote Health Monitoring Devices.

“To prepare readiness for aging society, all sectors have to play the important roles, i.e., government has to support policies whereas private sector consisted of organizer and entrepreneurs also select products and services for presenting to public sector. This is consistent with the government’s policy on driving Thailand with civil state mechanism. With cooperation of government, private sector, and public sector, InterCare Asia 2018 is considered as the stage of cooperation between government and private sectors to promote investment in service business for older persons through technologies for providing convenience to older persons and disable persons” Field Marshal Anantaporn said.

Moreover, there will be some seminars and many special lecturers in this InterCare Asia 2018, for example, How to Acknowledge and Deal with Depression lectured by Ms. Ratnittha Pohraksa, Post-Retirement Money Management for Readiness in Retirement lectured by Mr. Kittipat Santaweesuk, the qualified lecturer from the Stock Exchange of Thailand, and Elderly Homecare Solutions lectured by Mr. Niwat Thanpitinunt, the Director of Trade and Investment Promotion Department of the Federation of Thai Industries, etc.
