Kenduskeag woman arrested wearing stolen clothes
BANGOR, Maine - A 39-year-old Kenduskeag woman was arrested Wednesday night on a theft charge after she allegedly shoplifted clothing and accessories from the Sears department store at the Bangor Mall.
When confronted by the store's loss prevention employees, Shari Nakai-Lombardi reportedly was wearing some of clothing she stole as the employees watched and recorded her, Bangor police Sgt. Paul Edwards said Thursday, citing an arrest report submitted by Bangor police Officer Kevin Murphy.
Murphy reportedly recovered several stolen items from the suspect's purse and with the help of a female Sears employee also recovered the stolen clothing she was wearing.
