He was united in marriage to Peggy Underwood on Sept. 3, 1950, in Piggott, Ark. Jack was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Willard Ballard (Ruth), and one sister Joann Robinson.
TREVOR AND LAUREN SHAW HAVE ALWAYS wanted a country home with lots of land, but they also wanted the conveniences of city life. They found both in their unincorporated Jefferson County home.About a year ago, the couple and their three daughters were living in a rental home looking for a permanent place to settle. They d always loved the home of their friends Tyler and Anna Nash. It had lots of land and privacy, but was within minutes of shopping and schools. While they made few changes to the house Trevor says there was no need they did add a few touches outside. So when the weather warms up, it s likely the family is outdoors. I love to work outside, and Lauren has these great ideas,chanel outlet, he says. She shares them with me and we go from there. The two-and-a-half acre property offers plenty of room to play. A backyard pool quickly became a family favorite. I didn t realize what fun a pool is,Burberry Outlet, she says. Once the weather s warm, we can swim anytime. We go from pajamas to bathing suits. The children have plenty of entertainment options, even when it isn t swimming weather. A trampoline sits adjacent to monkey bars, which Trevor built and which were simpler to create than adding a swing set. Even so, there s no shortage of swings. Off the back porch,louboutin, there are three swings, one each for daughters Bennett, Mae and Caroline. That was Lauren s idea, Trevor says. It s just burlap rope and wooden seats. Trevor hung three more swings on the property near the creek. He also cleared the land in that area and repaired an existing zipline.In the evenings, the family frequently gathers around the fire pit, also built by Trevor, to roast s mores. When it s raining,Hogan Scarpe, the family congregates on the screened-in porch. That s also where you ll find one of Lauren s favorite places to relax, on a bed swing she received from Trevor on her 30th birthday. Trevor s favorite spot is the land itself.
