Are Tieks worth the price
Popular opinion is: yes!
I heard about Tieks while at Stanford and slowly pulled every woman around me into a downward spiral of Tieks buying frenzy ココシャネル (ask Anonymous about the time she ordered 17 pairs at once sometime!). I arrived at Quora with one pair of Tieks and finished my internship with three pairs.
One year later, Anonymous, Xiao Xiao, Elizabeth Windram Laraki, Sandra Liu Huang, and Anonymous all have ordered pairs too. I only seen it spread outward from here -- my family members, my グッチ 財布 friends family members, etc. all have been converted into Tiekers.
Recently, another friend of mine asked グッチ バッグ me and my friend Jen if they had been worth it for us. Below are our responses:I love my Tieks! I wear them all the time. The leather is so supple, they look nice (can be dressed up or down), no toe cleavage, and it goes without saying that they travel extremely well. I have the Cardinal, Camel, and Coppersnake. Cardinal was my first pair and I got them in a 6 so they were a bit tight (like Jen mentioned, size up) and did give me some real blisters. トリーバーチ 靴 But I bought the other two pairs in 7 and have had zero problems with blisters. My favorite pair is the coppersnake because it easily the best made leather. ミュウミュウ バッグ The Cardinal was already showing signs of being worn down within a month カルティエ of purchase (I can show you sometime). It may have had something to do with the sizing issues but even so, it not ideal. Camel are great because they so versatile. But they are light and scuff marks, etc, show up on them. Lastly, I added the arch support to all of mine and it makes them much, much better. The downside is that you can オークリー メガネ fold them up but I don バーバリー ネクタイ actually need to all that often since I rarely do the switch from プラダ バッグ heels to tieks in one night.
The price tag is definitely steep, especially for flats. On the other hand, I wear my Tieks every day (I even hiked in them a few times!). I wear heels once a month, tops. Given that a nice pair of heels will run at this price (or higher!), I say Tieks are worth their price.
Lastly, do know that Tieks occasionally has sales (2/14! Holiday season!) and often there are secret coupons cartier floating around in cyberspace too. Tieks are worth the cost but a 30% off coupon makes them all the sweeter.
