He served 26 years in various capacities with the McGehee Baseball programs and was formerly active in youth activities at First Baptist Church of McGehee.He was born to Helen Evon Hays Stallings and the late William Larry Hays on September 6, 1963, in Dermott. He was preceded in death by his father; grandfather, G.W.
