Kevin Gene Wright, 54, of Duncan passed away on Sunday, July 22, 2012, in Tucson. He was born Aug. 17, 1957, in Morenci to Lester Wright and Gwendolyn Jean Simms Wright. Kevin graduated from Morenci High School, ran the old Texaco in Clifton for several years, and worked for Phelps Dodge in Morenci and Tyrone. In his spare time, Kevin loved spending time with his family and friends. He loved laughing and having a good time. He will be severely missed. He is survived by his siblings,

Now in its fifth year, the NIDA Goes Back to School campaign is the source for free publications that educate young people about the consequences of drug abuse. So, the Institute recently adapted several of its science education publications to meet the growing needs of the Spanish-speaking Hispanic and Latino population, with these free materials now available on request. This set of eight full-color magazines incorporates easy-to-understand language and comic-book style illustrations to teach students about the effects of drugs like marijuana and steroids.Other NIDA publications have also been culturally adapted to inspire open conversations among family members.
