Sentencing for a Tacna man charged with drug and gun-related offenses had to be continued for more than a month when the man's attorney requested a mitigation hearing after learning of the sentence the court intended to impose upon his client.In a brief hearing in Yuma County Superior Court, Superior Court Judge pro tem David Haws informed attorney Greg Torok that the court had received his objection to a recommendation in the pre-sentence report prepared for his client, 45-year-old Robert Holmes, that he register as a .In addition to granting Torok's request, Haws also scheduled 2:30 p.m. on July 10 as the time and date the mitigation hearing would be held. Holmes was originally charged with possession of dangerous drugs, possession of marijuana,longchamppascherroses.com, possession of drug paraphernalia, and three counts of possession of a weapon by a prohibited possessor. But he pleaded guilty to a reduced charge in a plea agreement in April.
