Muscat: The increase in general expenditure and the investment in development projects have directly contributed to an increase in the volume of cargo handled at Port Sultan Qaboos (PSQ), said Mohammed Jawad bin Hassan bin Suleiman, adviser to the Ministry of Finance and chairman of the board of directors for Port Sultan Qaboos .
