Delhi's government schools have outperformed private schools in the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) class 10 results that were declared Thursday. "The result of Rajkiya Pratibha Vikas Vidyalayas is 100 percent which is more than that of Delhi Kendriya Vidyalayas at 99.80 percent," said the statement. Calling it a "remarkable achievement", Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit said: "The Rajkiya Pratibha Vikas Vidyalayas have been enriching the talent of students." Congratulating the students, teachers and parents, Dikshit said that she was delighted with the increase in the number of schools achieving 100 percent result. "This reflects the commitment, devotion and hardwork put in by the teachers and the officers in the directorate of education. It is also a testimony to the standard of schools becoming better in Delhi," Dikshit said.
