Mayfest organizers have jumped on the food truck bandwagon this year and they are seeking applications from food truck cooks. The 41st anniversary festival is scheduled for May 16-19. This is the first time in Mayfest’s history that food trucks are invited to join the traditional food vendors, organizers announced.
