Despite being due to
Jordan 20 Stealths give birth on August 8, the 21-year-old from south London weighs just 50kg.
"I know I have to eat for the baby, but it's hard to push the voices away that are telling me I'm fat," Ms Griffiths told UK newspaper the Daily Mail.
"When I first discovered I was pregnant I was terrified of having to gain weight again."
"I suffered terrible morning sickness which caused my weight to drop, triggering my anorexia."
"I had thoughts of purging but didn't need to, my body was reacting in its own way. This made eating a lot easier, because
Jordan 7 Cardinal I would just vomit it up anyway."
Ms Griffiths is seeing a high-risk maternity doctor and scans appear to show the baby girl, who she plans to name Isla, is a healthy weight.
Despite suffering from anorexia for 13 years, Ms Griffiths managed to give birth to a healthy boy, named Dylan, two years ago.
The pregnancy was not without its complications, however, with baby Dylan cracking one of
Air Jordan XX8 her ribs as he struggled to grow in her tiny frame.
She was induced at 37 weeks and gave birth after a labour of only ten minutes.
