ธนาคารกรุงไทย เป็นธนาคารแรกที่เดินหน้าตอบโจทย์ความต้องการของลูกค้าแบบครบวงจรในด้านซัพพลายเชน จับมือกับ บริษัท เอสซีจี ซิเมนต์-ผลิตภัณฑ์ก่อสร้าง จำกัด ให้สินเชื่อกับผู้รับเหมาภาครัฐและรัฐวิสาหกิจ เพื่อซื้อสินค้ากับเอสซีจี หรือซื้อผ่านผู้แทนจำหน่ายของเอสซีจี ทำให้ผู้ประกอบการมีเงินทุนหมุนเวียนเพียงพอโดยไม่ต้องมีหลักทรัพย์ค้ำประกัน ตั้งเป้าเพิ่มส่วนแบ่งการตลาดเป็น 25% และวงเงินสินเชื่อซัพพลายเชนเป็น 34,000 ล้านบาท ภายใน 3 ปี

นายทรงพล ชีวะปัญญาโรจน์ รองกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ สายงานบริหารจัดการทางการเงินเพื่อธุรกิจ ธนาคารกรุงไทย เปิดเผยว่า จากการที่ธนาคารมุ่งเน้นในการให้บริการแบบครบวงจร ภายใต้แนวคิด KTB Total Solutions โดยนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการเพื่อตอบโจทย์ทางธุรกิจของลูกค้าในด้านซัพพลายเชนตั้งแต่ต้นน้ำจนถึงปลายน้ำ ล่าสุดธนาคารได้ร่วมมือกับ  บริษัท เอสซีจี ซิเมนต์-ผลิตภัณฑ์ก่อสร้าง จำกัด สนับสนุนสินเชื่อให้กับผู้ประกอบการที่ดำเนินงานรับเหมาก่อสร้างหรืองานจัดซื้อ/จัดจ้างของหน่วยงานราชการและรัฐวิสาหกิจ ให้มีเงินทุนหมุนเวียนเพียงพอสำหรับการดำเนินงาน โดยให้สินเชื่อระยะสั้นสำหรับซื้อวัสดุก่อสร้างกับเอสซีจี หรือผู้แทนจำหน่ายของเอสซีจี รวมทั้งให้บริการเบิกใช้วงเงินและชำระหนี้ผ่านระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของธนาคาร

“ธนาคารกรุงไทยนับเป็นธนาคารแห่งแรกที่ให้บริการด้านซัพพลายเชนครอบคลุมไปถึงผู้รับเหมาภาครัฐ จากเดิมที่ให้บริการเฉพาะกลุ่มตัวแทนจำหน่ายสินค้า และกลุ่มผู้ผลิตหรือจัดหาสินค้า นอกจากนี้ จากความพร้อมและความได้เปรียบในเรื่องระบบชำระเงิน และการโอนสิทธิ์ของหน่วยงานภาครัฐ และรัฐวิสาหกิจผ่านระบบของธนาคารกรุงไทยเพียงแห่งเดียว ทำให้ผู้รับเหมาภาครัฐสามารถเบิกใช้วงเงินได้อย่างสะดวกสบายผ่านระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และทำให้ได้รับวงเงินกู้โดยไม่มีหลักทรัพย์ค้ำประกันหรือหลักทรัพย์ค้ำประกันต่ำ โดยธนาคารรับภาระค้ำประกันให้กับผู้รับเหมา รวมทั้งผู้รับเหมายังได้รับสินค้าที่มีมาตรฐานจากเอสซีจี”

นายทรงพล ชีวะปัญญาโรจน์ กล่าวต่อไปว่า การร่วมมือกับ เอสซีจี ในครั้งนี้ จะช่วยลดต้นทุนโดยรวมด้านซัพพลายเชน ลดความเสี่ยง เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการลูกหนี้ ตลอดจนลดต้นทุนการดำเนินงาน สามารถลดเวลาการดำเนินงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ  และธนาคารมั่นใจว่าจากการให้บริการด้านซัพพลายเชนแบบครบวงจรตั้งแต่ต้นน้ำจนถึงปลายน้ำ จะช่วยเพิ่มส่วนแบ่งการตลาดของบริการด้านซัพพลายเชน โดยตั้งเป้าเพิ่มส่วนแบ่งการตลาดจาก 12% เป็น 25% และวงเงินสินเชื่อซัพพลายเชนของธนาคารจะเพิ่มขึ้นเป็น 34,000 ล้านบาท ภายใน 3 ปี

ด้าน นายนิธิ ภัทรโชค ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการใหญ่ ตลาดในประเทศ บริษัท เอสซีจี ซิเมนต์-ผลิตภัณฑ์ก่อสร้าง จำกัด กล่าวถึงความร่วมมือในครั้งนี้ว่า โครงการดังกล่าวจะช่วยเสริมศักยภาพและสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มในการแข่งขันให้กับคู่ธุรกิจ ทั้งผู้แทนจำหน่าย และผู้รับเหมาโดยรวมในซัพพลายเชน  ลดความเสี่ยง  เสริมสภาพคล่องในการรับงาน และต้นทุนทางการเงินที่ต่ำลง  ส่งผลให้คู่ธุรกิจในซัพพลายเชนเติบโตอย่างยั่งยืน  ซึ่งถือเป็นโครงการที่ดีและสอดคล้องกับแผนธุรกิจที่รองรับแผนการลงทุนโครงสร้างพื้นฐานขนาดใหญ่ของภาครัฐ

Krungthai Bank as the first bank to launches supply chain loan product for government’s contractors.

Aims to hit loan target 3.4 billion Baht in 3 years.

Krunthai Bank continually fulfill customers need with a total supply chain solution services by united with SCG Cement - Building Products Ltd. to provides loans for contractors of government and state-owned enterprises for purchasing the construction materials of SCG or SCG’s dealer enable contractor to have sufficient capital for their operation  without collateral. Aims to increase its market share up to 25% and the supply chain loan amount to 34,000 million Baht within three years.

Mr.Songpol Chevapanyaroj, vice president of global transaction banking group of Krungthai Bank revealed that as the bank’s determination on providing a complete range of services under the concept of KTB Total Solutions by offering products and services to meet customers' business in supply chain solution service, from upstream to downstream,. Now, The bank has partnered with SCG Cement - Building Products Ltd. to support the loan for contractor operating on the construction or purchase / procurement of government agencies and state-owned enterprises to provide sufficient working capital for their operations by granting short-term credit for the purchasing of construction materials with SCG or SCG’s distributors and provide loaner to overdraft loan amount and repay debts through the bank’s modern electronic system.

“Krungthai Bank is the first bank that provide comprehensive supply chain services to government’s contractors, from previously offered for dealer or supplier, with the advantage and availability in payment system and transfer of government/state-owned enterprises through the bank’s system as the only one channel enable contractors to overdraft their loan amount comfortably through electronic banking for purchasing standardized material products from SCG and thus obtain a loan without collateral or low collateral as the bank guarantees for the contractor.”

Mr.Songpol Chevapanyaroj also added that this project will help SCG to reduce overall supply chain costs, reduce risk and optimize the management of receivables, including the reduction of operation cost  and operation process. The bank confident that by providing a fully integrated supply chain solution service will increase the bank’s market share of the supply chain solution service. The bank aims to increase its market share from 12% to 25% and supply chain loan to 34,000 million baht in three years.

Mr.Nithi Patarachoke, Vice President-Domestic Market of SCG Cement - Building Products Ltd, revealed that this project will help business partners to strengthen their competitiveness and value added, reduce risk and increse liquidity to their operation which will create a sustainable growth to business partners in supply chain. This is a great project and in line with the business plan to support large infrastructure investment project of the government.
