นางสาวกนกวรรณ ใจศรี ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการใหญ่ ผู้บริหารสายสินเชื่อเพื่อที่อยู่อาศัย ธนาคารไทยพาณิชย์ และนายเมธา อังวัฒนพานิช รองกรรมการผู้จัดการอาวุโส สายงานพัฒนาธุรกิจและพัฒนาโครงการแนวราบ บริษัท แสนสิริ จำกัด (มหาชน) ร่วมกันเปิดตัวแคมเปญ “SCB Home Loan Plus-Up” สินเชื่อที่อยู่อาศัยสำหรับลูกค้าพนักงานประจำที่ปัจจุบันทำงานในบริษัทที่ใช้สินเชื่อสวัสดิการกับธนาคารไทยพาณิชย์ โดยจะได้รับวงเงินกู้สูงสุด 100% ของราคาประเมินหลักประกัน พร้อมรับวงเงินพิเศษสำหรับตกแต่งบ้านหรือซื้อเฟอร์นิเจอร์สูงสุด 20% ของราคาประเมินหลักประกัน รวมวงเงินกู้สูงสุด 120% เมื่อซื้อบ้านหรือคอนโดมิเนียมคุณภาพในโครงการของแสนสิริทุกแห่งทั่วประเทศ โดยได้รับอนุมัติและเบิกจ่ายเงินกู้ภายในวันที่ 31 ธันวาคม 2559 +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ SCB teams up with Sansiri to launch “SCB Home Loan Plus-Up” campaign
Siam Commercial Bank Executive Vice President, Mortgage Business Division, Ms. Kanokwan Jaisri and Sansiri PCL Senior Executive Vice President, Business Development and Project Development Division (Low Rise), Mr. Metha Angwatanapanich have jointly launched an “SCB Home Loan Plus-Up” campaign offering mortgage loans to permanent employees working with companies using welfare loan services with SCB. Under the campaign, clients can receive loans for up to 100% loan-to-value (LTV) plus a special credit limit of up to 20% LTV for the purchase of home decorations or furniture, or up to 120% LTV in total, when they buy quality houses and condos under any project developed by Sansiri nationwide and receive approval and draw down the loan by December 31, 2016.
