กสิกรไทยเปิดให้บริการ KBank ATM Drive Thru แห่งแรกที่สถานีบริการน้ำมัน PTT Station บรมราชชนนี ขาเข้า ตอบโจทย์ชีวิตยุคใหม่ที่เร่งรีบ ถอน โอน จ่าย ไม่ต้องลงจากรถ ปลอดภัย กดได้ 24 ชม. ตอกย้ำยุทธศาสตร์การเป็น Life Style Banking ด้วยช่องทางบริการที่สร้างประสบการณ์ใหม่ให้ลูกค้าเข้าถึงธนาคารได้ง่ายขึ้น พร้อมรองรับการทำธุรกรรมในพื้นที่ศักยภาพ

ธนาคารกสิกรไทยเดินหน้ายุทธศาสตร์การเป็น Life Style Banking เพื่อตอบสนองไลฟ์สไตล์ของลูกค้าที่เปลี่ยนไป จึงมีการปรับเปลี่ยนรูปแบบสาขาและจุดให้บริการของธนาคารเป็แนวใหม่ เพื่อสร้างประสบการณ์ที่ทำให้ลูกค้าแต่ละกลุ่มเข้าถึงธนาคารได้ง่ายขึ้น พร้อมรองรับการความต้องการทำธุรกรรมจับจ่ายใช้สอยทั้งบนแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์และแหล่งคอมมูนิตี้ต่าง ๆ ล่าสุดธนาคารได้เปิดให้บริการ KBank ATM Drive Thru ที่สถานีบริการน้ำมัน PTT Station บรมราชชนนี ขาเข้า เป็นแห่งแรก ด้วยศักยภาพของการเป็นสถานีบริการน้ำมันที่ตั้งอยู่บนพื้นที่ที่มีการคมนาคมหนาแน่น จึงมีรถสัญจรเข้าใช้บริการเติมน้ำมันและบริการอื่น ๆ ในพื้นที่จำนวนมาก ส่งผลให้บางช่วงเวลาเกิดปัญหาที่จอดรถไม่เพียงพอ KBank ATM Drive Thru จึงช่วยแก้ปัญหาให้ลูกค้าสามารถทำธุรกรรมโดยไม่ต้องลงจากรถ พร้อมรองรับการใช้งานได้เช่นเดียวกับตู้เอทีเอ็มปกติ ได้แก่ บริการถอนเงินสด ด้วยบัตร และผ่านแอปพลิเคชัน K PLUS โอนเงิน เติมเงิน สอบถามยอด ชำระบิลค่าสินค้า ทั้งนี้จะเปิดให้บริการฝากเงินสดในช่วงถัดไป

KBank ATM Drive Thru มาในรูปลักษณ์ของตู้ เอทีเอ็มยักษ์ จึงโดดเด่นสะดุดตา เมื่อลูกค้าขับรถเข้ามาใต้ชายคาเพื่อทำธุรกรรม จะพบหน้าจอขนาดใหญ่พิเศษ 19 นิ้ว แบบ Touch Screen ที่ปรับแสงตามความสว่างของพื้นที่โดยอัตโนมัติ รองรับการใช้งานแบบกลางแจ้ง ทั้งในช่วงกลางวันที่แดดจ้า หรือช่วงกลางคืนที่มีแสงน้อย พร้อมใช้งานตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง แผงปุ่มกดด้านข้างจะตั้งฉากขึ้นเพื่อรองรับการสัมผัส เพิ่มความมั่นใจด้านความปลอดภัยขณะใช้บริการด้วยกล้องวงจรปิด และแสงสว่างโดยรอบ รองรับการใช้งานกับรถทุกประเภทที่มีความสูงไม่เกิน 2.4 เมตร ลูกค้าเพียงขับรถมาจอดเทียบตู้ กดเงิน และไปต่อได้ทันที สามารถถอนเงินได้ไม่เกิน 30 วินาที หมดกังวลเรื่องการหาที่จอดรถ ไม่ต้องห่วงแม้ในวันฝนตก และปลอดภัยเมื่อกดเงินช่วงกลางดึก

จากช่วงก่อนหน้านี้ที่มีข่าว KBank ATM Drive Thru ออกไป ได้รับกระแสตอบรับค่อนข้างดี ซึ่งหากลูกค้าตอบรับกับบริการ KBank ATM Drive Thru นี้เป็นจำนวนมาก ธนาคารก็จะขยายการบริการเพิ่มเติมต่อไปในอนาคต

KASIKORNBANK (KBank) has launched its first KBank ATM Drive Thru at a PTT station on inbound Borommaratchachonnani Road. The service, designed to accommodate the fast-paced urban lifestyles of the new era, allows customers to make withdrawal, funds transfer and payment without leaving their car, while offering around-the-clock security. The initiative reinforces KBank’s role as a lifestyle banking service provider which aims to deliver its clients easier access to banking services via a novel experience. KBank is ready to offer the new drive-thru ATM service to customers in areas most likely to benefit from it.

KBank is moving forward with our lifestyle banking strategy, aimed at serving the ever-changing lives of customers. Under this strategy, KBank has remodeled our branches and service points to provide easier access for our customers and facilitate them in making financial transactions via online platforms and at various community centers. KBank recently launched its drive-thru ATM at the PTT station on inbound Borommaratchachonnani Road because of the relatively heavy traffic that prompts many people to refuel their car and use other services there. With limited parking space during certain times at this service station, the KBank ATM Drive Thru offers greater convenience for our customers wanting to conduct transactions without having to leave their car. The KBank ATM Drive Thru offers the same services as our conventional ATMs, namely cash withdrawal via card and K PLUS, funds transfer, top up, balance enquiry and bill payment. Deposit service will be available in the future.

The KBank Drive ATM Drive Thru is designed to resemble a giant ATM box with distinctive features. When customers drive through its canopy to expedite financial transactions, they will be welcomed by a large 19-inch illumination-controlled touch screen which automatically adjusts its lighting according to ambient brightness, and is suitable for outdoor use in both midday sun and at night. Available 24 hours, the KBank ATM Drive Thru features a side-mounted keypad which is perpendicular to the panel to optimize its use from within a vehicle. Security is enhanced by CCTV and surrounding lighting. It can accommodate all types of vehicles which are not more than 2.4 meters tall. Customers simply stop their vehicle next to the booth, complete their transactions, and drive away. The average transaction lasts less than 30 seconds. There is no more worry about finding a parking space, as customers can always carry out their financial transactions even on a rainy day, and be assured of their security even in the middle of the night.

The KBank ATM Drive Thru has seen positive feedback since its launch. If the service goes on to receive an overwhelming welcome from customers, KBank will expand it in the future.
